Jumping spiders. Fluffy, hunched man-sized things that launch themselves at the party from over thirty foot away. Even better, make it an AoE attack. It's the least they could do to make up for taking away the overwhelm ability. Warmer climate means more spiders, right? Does WoT say anything about Tevinter fauna?
That said, I hope there will be a de-arachnization mod to balance things out. But, still - jumping spiders. <3

The amount of cringe just thinking about jumping spiders..

Different game, I understand, but when I played Bloodborne and ran the most difficult dungeons, glowing crimson like spiders jumped at me. They did 1/3 of my health in an attack. In Lower Loran Chalice (Depth 5) there is a room that has two bell maidens, nine crimson spiders (which respawn on death so long as the callers remain alive) and two massive werewolves guardian the bell maidens. The horror as all nine of those spiders lept toward me as I flee'd. hah.
