Well...check whether there is another way to enter the code for starters would be the obvious thing to suggest but that would be too simple.

Also, that promo was from a long time ago wasn't it? Is there an expiry date for it?

Those dr.pepper codes already expired while ago. Try EA live support.

Hi, guys. Here in Brazil I had the same problem. The code is valid, taken from an original copy bought at a legal reseller and I tried to enter it using all possible ways. I also contacted Bioware support. They were very nice to support my request, but they failed to identify what went wrong and I still cannot use the installed components. Their status remain Unauthorized.

As I can tell there are two separate problems identified in this thread; so I am unsure which one you are referring to by stating that you have 'the same problem'.

The advice remains the same though I believe, which I assume you have tried by the looks of things.

One thing that does puzzle me is that you mention 'Their status remains unauthorized'. I could be wrong but I do not recall an unauthorized problem in connection with ME2 for the 360; and this leads me to suspect that you have a PC version. If you do, then it is advisable to check the PC tech boards for the relevant advice.
