Were there any rumors if they are going to release the next ME for Xbox360....or are we just stranded?

There will be no port for last-gen (PS3, XBOX) consoles. Confirmed

if it's system capacity issue then i get it but i'm so disenchanted with XBOX overall i don't think i'll be buying XOne.  So PC it is!!

ME4, and DA4, will both be next gen and pc exclusive.

I think we are starting to move into a phase where most big AAA releases are going be solely next gen. I think that is probably a safer bet for ME: Next. The Xbox 360 is nearing the end of its lifespan.

i switched cause sony ps3 took their time working with release of good titles and got me X360...but have been so fed up with xboxlive n all i'm sure i;'ll move to pc only.  

sux that Bioware will not allow us to x-fer ME series paths to x-fer over

I just hope it doesn't happen the same with the PC version (cos I've assumed already it'll be a console port) than with Ackham Knight

pretty sure x1 and ps4 are no longer next gen by now......

 

and i don't see bio's future games releasing on last gen consoles

BW completely abandoned PS3 and XBOX360 with DAI, no more DLC and patches for the system so even if Bioware released ME3 to XBOX360 it would be just milking money from the people and delivering faulty game without patches and DLCs.

No need to release the new ME on PS360 : Bioware utterly destroyed his oldgen fanbase with DAI. There is nobody left here that have a faint hope to see something good coming from Bioware to them.

Next gen/PC exclusive wouldn't come as a surprise to me. December 2016 (or around that mark, have to expect at least one delay) is still over a year away. Although I still find the purchase of a next generation console to be a complete waste of money, due to the lack of good exclusives or news of future exclusives, I can pretty just get everything good that they've released on PC.

 

I'd suggest getting a PC, but, I do understand that it can be quite pricey, especially if you don't build it from the ground up, which many people don't, as much of an outcry as there is on the internet for those people. In the end, I'd just start saving up for an Xbox One or PS4 before the game launches, just so you can be ready (or ask your parents you'd like it as a birthday, or, Christmas gift one day, if that's your age bracket) for Mass Effect: Andromeda.
