Since My Best Of The Best Banner only describes me as being the thing I have been the whole time I have been playing AND That I have known ALL Along..as ME being THE Best of the Best......AKA The Best out of ALL OF YOU.......No....No.  . Its boring, also I don't have access to any of the  Alt Banners cuz Me being me...I have been banned more than I have ever posted...just banned..alot.

I wear the default BotB banner because I think it looks better than the femshep one.

I do, femshep version. Don't really like it but considering how much time I wasted on getting it, it would be a waste not to use it.

I've had BotB for years but never used it. I used Biotic God (Drell Version) and Corsair (because Aria) for a long time, then switched to Heartbreaker because a. not everyone has it and b. it doesn't come with any expectations.

 

Outsider, Nomad and Hero of the Last Days aren't bad either but they aren't as silly and pink as Heartbreaker. ^^

Yes, since I unlocked it. As patrick said, given the time needed to get the BotB banner, it would feel like a waste to me to not wear it.

I did too. Do wearing the BotB really influence the PUGs behavior ? Given how many BSNers don't wear it apparently and what I frequently read in the "Your last PUG in one word" thread, I'm not so sure about that. I'm myself bannerless sometimes after playing SP for a bit, and I've noticed that it doesn't prevent some PUGs to not use their medi-gels and keep their missiles for wave 11.

^ Yes if PUGs see you wearing the BOTB banner and they are no where near it, they will leach off of you as much as they can because PUGS are PUGS and if they think you are actually one of the best players to ever play this game so they don't have to even try..so be it.... I noticed this the week I unlocked the banner and wore it proudly..PUGS would Un-equip consumables and even switch to un-leveled characters ..Adept level 3's / off host Vanguard level 5's... with sub-par weapons..aka Avenger 6 and Mantis 5..with NO gear..AND They would actually expect you to carry them and top score or you (me) would get bombarded with hate mail....they just expect you to pay for and do everything for them..why? because you are the Best of the Best..

I'm having relatively good experiences with most pugs. But I often see some readying up without anything equipped because there is a BotB in the lobby.

 

Ask yourself... if there is a player with BotB, don't you assume they can play?

I will assume there is a chance that they're better than the average PUG, but not much more. Only the lone wolf banner is a little challenging to get, and it can be quite trivialized by something like kroguard Reegar VS Geth. 

 

To be honest I don't pay much attention to the banners, but I look carefully at the weapons, the mods and the consumables used. The consistency of those three with the character used is often a better clue about a player's skills.

I consider the Nomad one to be a pretty good accomplishment. Usually extracted on the Gold matches, or didn't wipe until wave 8 or so if there wasn't an extraction.

 

Getting the last few waves on the last few maps was tedious.

Lol nope - I cant say I judge a player based on what banner they have, more often than not the guys with the BoTB or lone wolf banner have been pretty poor team mates and die a lot from my experience

I do, I never changed it, it the pretty much only banner i ever used ...mabye i should change it ..nahh im too lazy
