Not having these maxed on my new account is starting to drive me crazy as it's really limiting my builds and setups. Well, mostly setups, of course.

 

I'm not one of those guys that only uses the most popular Gears (Nade Capacity/Crutch Scanner), and like to try all kinds of things for Gear. Like right now, I'm really missing my Thermal Clip V Gear. It's only level one and I have some weapons that could really benefit from it especially since most of my weapons aren't maxed. And so on.

 

 

Basically I alternate between regular Spectre Packs and Arsenal Packs, depending on how much money I have. And that's where I noticed Spectre Packs drop Mods & Gear as well. Anyone think that maybe focusing on he regular Spectre Packs is the best way when starting out? At least you get more great consumables with them too for a tad less Rare cards.

Hmm, guess everyone who ever said they've started a new manifest spoke falsely? Otherwise they'd of understood my OP.

 

Guess I better explain it. This is pre maxed gear/weapons manifest store info I'm looking for. At this point in manifest, you get extra Gold Card in place of Un-Common cards (so you can end up with up to 2 Rare cards for regular Spectre Packs & 3 Rare cards for Arsenal packs). This is how you get your weapoon mods and gear in this game. They don't replace Rare/UR weapons/character cards. And this is what I'm looking for. Not near or maxed manifest player data. Pug data. So all you guys who posted above should maybe not be so eager to post if you don''t understand the OP or be bothered to read it.

What I did for my alt:

1.bought recruit until all commons were maxed
2. Bought veteran until all uncommons were maxed
3. Bought arsenal for rares and URS

My logic was that I'd rather spend 99k on arsenal for 2 guaranteed Rares than 120k for Spectres. Worked out well, I was able to max all my Rare weapons & gear in under 200 hours. (Playing Gold, not Plat)

^ I started the same as you, but once I got to the 99k packs, I focused on Reserve Packs first until I unlocked all but the Destroyer and plenty of Skin Tones. Now I'm just bouncing back and forth between Spectre, Arsenal Packs and Jumbo Packs. The amount of money I have left dictates what I buy for the most part. But it still looks like I'll max my Rare weapons by the 200hrs mark too. And I basically only play Gold too, unless the lobby looks too OP.

 

But I started this topic because it would be nice to know if there's a faster way to max Gear and Weapon mods. I'd rather get these maxed already instead of more Rare and UR cards.

That's why I started the alternate account. I still enjoyed playing, but now it feels like there's a reason again.

But you're not going to get Cryo IV until the majority of your rares are maxed, so at that point is not really a new manifest anymore.

And when I still have 150+ URs to go, there's no reason to get double Cryo IVs! *Krogan headbutts the console*

I agree. He was fine before in like that first newscast thingy movie, which is a classic. Downloaded the sequel recently and couldn't finish it. Also all his other latest movies that I've managed to see didn't do that much for me either.
