IIRC I've seen both spellings in the games and in the books. I used to think it was Krogans, then Krogan, now I don't know. Whatever

Only reason I didn't mention the other two is because it's likely that they'd be pressured into not having the capacity to bombard other worlds, given their history.
I'd chuck my model of Sovereign at it.
It would be more fitting to chuck a model Harbinger.

Nobody pressures them.
You see how they were building that sun/mirror apparatus in ME2, and causing controversy... acting like it only had benevolent uses.
Yeah, but the Hegemony is, like Jennifer Grey's acting career, dead as a doornail.
I'd ask if they created the Crucible and if they were responsible for the Crucible design surviving from cycle to cycle.
It is just as possible that the initial design could have been created by one of the species destroyed by the Reapers, but I have to wonder whether the Leviathans might have been responsible for ensuring that the design kept surviving from cycle to cycle to give several a fighting chance.
It would also make the Leviathans more than just passive observers.

I think Dork thinks that Leviathan is managing all of this, to whatever degree, because it just wants organics to eat when it wants to.
So it ultimately comes back down to survival of fittest/nomnomnom.

I'm trying to imagine a fleet of reapers designed to resemble thorians.
The "head" part is a little similar.
The Reaper form would be closer to it than any other organic form we've yet encountered.

It's working for Leviathan. It always has been. Unless Shep breaks the cycle it always will be. Leviathan don't want to turn it off... it's doing exactly what they want. Not letting us evolve far enough to be able to challenge them.
