Not necessarily. The remastering of the Shepard Trilogy could be handled by another branch of Bioware or even another company under EA. It's happened before with remasters.
Even if they don't have a trailer or anything concrete we could still get some screenshots or concept art? I mean they showed some of that last year and even if they don't have an official announcemnt yet they probably want people to remember that they're making it... right?

Going into the weekend, I have to applaud Bioware/Electronic Arts for being able to keep information regarding ME4 so tight. Coming into this week I just knew that something was going to be leaked such as title, release window, gameplay features etc but it is now Friday and it appears that we will be going into the weekend completely dark regarding ME4 at E3.
Well except for that marketing survey.

You mean like with the project to port ME1 to PS3, where BioWare handed it over to an external studio, so it had basically* no impact? 
*I'm not trying to diminish Ryan Warden's work, I'm just saying that occupying one person with such a project does not significantly delay the other projects in a company as big as BioWare.

I wouldn't say it was on purpose exactly. I guess it was more like "if it leaks, it leaks."
That's if it's true, of course.

I'd say it's highly unlikely, unless there is some kind of exclusivity deal with Microsoft. DAI was already announced... the announcement trailer was shown at the EA press conference I bet (in 13).
