Two main reasons why im yet to be able to enjoy playing ME2.

1. The controls look like they were mapped to the keyboard in about 5 minutes. The spacebar doing 3 key functions (all of which id like seperate and are used a lot) and no weapon hotkeys say loud and proud that they want you to play it with the Xbox controls....

2. which leads onto if Bioware cant be bothered to properly map the KB&M then at least give me the ability to use a pad where those sort of control decisions make sense!

= Game is intended for a controller.... but you cant use one!

Rant over but this really should be a non issue, doesnt seem (from what i can find) that you can do anything about the keyboard maps/lack of maps via .ini files either.
