I just realized it's the only challenge I didn't complete on my X-Box account. And now on PS3 I'm planning on going for the Lone Wolf Banner, and thinking I should pass on the Silver solo challenge in favour of the Bronze one. Because, you know, them BotB banner guys don't always have enough confidence in me in the lobby with my hipster builds, weak no manifest weapons and most importantly - low N7 rank.

 

And smocking these guys in epeen wars is the only epeen wars I care for. That or laugh at them when witnessing two BotB banner guys not being able to clutch a wave because sometimes I experience lolSyncKilled problems.

If you get your entire team to quit on Wave 11 it counts as a solo

I did.  ...quite a few times actually. 

 

I started MP just to get the overload achievement, and I did not want to burden others with my noobness, so I kept trying to solo.  After I finally made it through wave 3, I remember thinking "Holy crap there is more?!"  Eventually, I gave up and played with others, but I came back later and did it.  After I got a little better, I used Bronze solos to test new things out, and recently I used them to finish my BotB banner quickly.  200 wave challenges are dumb.

 

You also get credit for every Platinum, Gold, and Silver solo, so I find it odd people would not have gotten it.

But really no. I didn't do Bronze solo's, I just got the achievements for Bronze by doing lolSilver and Gold.

This. If I'm trying to learn something new and don't want to worry about survivability, I'll mess around on bronze.. which inadvertently turns into a solo completion because I figure I might as well finish while I'm there

I've done a few on different accounts. When my brother and I are playing Total War, and he gets into a battle, I'll run a Bronze solo to kill the time

I did so some bronze solos on my main account a few times when I feel behind in doing grabs. But never reached up the 10 to complete it.

 

For experiment, I pug like always. I'm not shy to share my scubbyness with others and be carried.

No, but yesterday just before bed this topic idea hit and I was laughing so hard to myself out loud. Course by morning I came to my senses and totally cleaned it up (that and I didn't remember the exact wording of it). Anyway, that's the current Particle Rifle topic. Nothing but a totally legit topic from what was originally the funniest thing ever. Once the moment is gone, it's gone.

I believe my first solo was a Bronze during Operation Ballistic. I was a fairly new player, and still using the Avenger for this. I was trying a number of things, but everyone else kept piggypacking me. "Oh, I'll use Stasis and peg them off!" "Quick, stalk the stasis guy and shoot everything in his stasis bubble!" I finally completed the Operation on my second solo; I got too many power kills the first time since I was using the Vanguard to Charge my shields back. I switched to the Volguard for Shield boost, and boom.

 

That said, I did need to go back to Bronze during the Solos for the Lone Wolf banner simply since I had already completed Silver and Gold, and to this day I still find Plat solos a bit too stressful (I've come close, but always freeze up. If I could just pause to take a break...!)

I have done the Bronze solos challenge.  I wasn't trying to do it.  I was doing Bronze solos to complete some of the weapons challenges, and I got all but one done doing that.  I just did the last one for the heck of it.

I did like

 

5 Bronze Solos

3 Silver Solos

2 Gold Solos

 

and completing the Gold Solos finished all three of those, plus the parent challenge, all at once.

 

Something like that.  I think those numbers are right?

I like bronze solos. Yes I've done them before only half were intentional. The rest is when I hosted a public game and no one joined. Same thing in silver.

I did bronze solos while grinding some of the Tech challanges

 

my solo mastery was 2 Golds five silvers and three bronze

 

most of my solos since are silver (with a couple of solo bronze and 1/2 Solo Gold)
