So yeah, if you'd be prone to developing say prostate cancer, abstinence would proportionally increase the odds of you developing just that.

It's true. This is a major factor as to why many of our fathers/grandfathers have prostate issues; they never, EVER "wrestled with jimmy", as many of them honestly believed it would make them go blind, or grow hair on their palms... So dumb
