i know where the thing is supposed to be, i've scoured videos, images, forums, but the little thing that allows me to upgrade skyhold's main tower to mage or templar isn't there! i know it's supposed to be on the battlements in front of the northernmost tower... is it a glitch or am i just horribly blind? help D:
