I can find her harmless or really annoying any time of the week. I just found her conversation with Oghren about Meade sort of funny.  Especially since if you pair Oghren with Zhevran you have a funny idea WHERE he gets his drinks from.... ewwww!

also fun fact:if you defile the sacred ashes and betray the cult and slay the dragon you ge tthe standard good ending if you tell genetivi you found them and let him tell the chantry you did

It just illustrates beautifully that fighting the blight was not Wynne's motivation. She wanted to be the wise counselor of the grey warden who defeated the blight.

Edit: Hah, I also watched the Alistair-love Wynne-concerned conversation, since I've only seen it once before (and that was awhile ago) since I like the apology she gives when that conversation is about Zevran.  It is SO much different.  She's kind, concerned, has wonderful things to say about Ali and sounds genuinely concerned about both their welfare and their future. I can see why someone who's never seen the Zevran version cannot understand why the Zevran romancers get so upset with her after that conversation.

It's way different.  The Zevran one is angry, harsh, judgmental, and bordering on cruel.  She insults Zevran, insults the warden, and tries to cast the relationship in a cheap, dirty light.

like I said about morrigans she comes off truley worried that Morrigan will just use you for her nerfarious ends (which is actually true in the end...)



with Alistair and the annoying one shes worried about the both of them



but zev... well yeah its also worse that it takes her alot longer to apologize

Yeah well, at least she doesn't question you wisdom, you 25 year old darkspawn-fighting, tower-rescuing, hormone riddled teenager at heart.

I rather suspect, as pointed out earlier, that Wynne's motivation for accompanying the Warden was to escape the tower, before the templars discovered her "spirit helper".

Ironic that she says this, since she more or less tells Leliana she is NOT a devout Andrastian.

That is unfortunate, Jayelet. I don't know whether your PC can just tell her to get the heck out. After my 'like' turned into disgust, I never paid any attention to her.

I don't even click on her anymore until Zevran hits 100 love, so my PC can stick her fingers in her ear during the insult part, and just hear the apology part.

For the most part (except for Flemeth, if I choose to have my PC kill her), Wynne just lingers in camp with the ninja-love girl, Leliana.



Reaverwind, what's even worse is that Wynne mentions something like that to the Warden herself in one of her "I love the tower, it's home" rambles.

Uh huh, she loves the tower only when she's trying to force the mage Warden back into it. It's been awhile since I've played a character who was able listen to her tower rambles, so I don't remember much of her dialogs with the warden, except for the "winner" after doing her quest. That one is burned into my memory, for some reason.

So, I picked up Wynne, we're working our way up the circle tower. I make it to nearly the sloth demon and realize that I hadn't set her tactics -- and since I use a mod, she has no tactics set at all. So I did the entire tower with her basically hitting things with her staff.



Yep, she had help all right!

I find it funny how since iv gotten the advanced tactics mod my 2handed warriors have more complex tactics layouts than my mages :E



Wynn I set about 5 tactics set when I used her against flemeth and the tower which can be summed up as Heal heal and haste



Alexander Cousland has like 19 tactics, Zevran has quite a few as well but they can be summed up as "autoattack when enemy has this status"

Something about you being interested only in the sound of your own voice. I should mention that I'd forgotten I did this on a playthrough where I made decisions she didn't like (short of despoiling the ashes). I had her in the party to  enjoy the different companion putdowns of her - which was the last time she was a regular member of the party. You have to get her approval really low before she'll leave. Still, I found that parting comment really telling - she's pretty much letting you know she wanted to lead!

I already stated that (most likely in the Zevran thread) that I think her nasty, nasty comments regarding Zevran stem from the fact that he trusts only the Warden. The Warden is who helps him come to grips with his past, and she is also the one who helps him grow.

Wynne wanted to be that person, but Zevran totally has her figured. It becomes more than apparent in one of their dialogues.

She can't even claim she "had help" in helping Zevran, because he clearly only trusts the Warden. She is his savior, not Wynne, and that has to gnaw at her.

In my fanfic Wynne considers the Warden to be a reprobate and is highly displeased with him and Zevran getting along so well.  She thinks they both must be up to no good.
