Which amulet is best for an avvar? Plus what are the differences?

Very minor difference. At low promotes though, I'd choose con.

constitution will give you an additional 50 health and 5% melee defense

 

strength will give you 5% attack and 10% damage against guard.

 

As for which is better, I would probably adjust according to your stats.  If you have low promotions, I would likely suggest the constitution.  As they increase the strength amulet will get a bit better.

I would rather use the Stamina one, but out ot those two choices, Con.
