Read someone here say this almost always or always happens to him during the first time they host after turning on PS3 and then never again. So I'm just curious if this is some PS3 trend I'm not aware of because it sure seems to happen to me too like always.

 

I even remember turning my PS3 off 3x in a row after such an occurrence, and each time it would happen again until I re-hosted without resetting the PS3.
