The Last Wish quest from TW3 was amazing.
The entire game was actually a pretty huge feels train ride.
The last wish is nice and all, Yen is very pretty. But personally I prefer all the different aspects of building my Inquisitors relationship with mlle Montilyet =). It was a lot more to that than diving a little and killing a siren or two. =)

Although I am not sure if I would just dismiss or downplay the entire Yen romance arc just like that (also, kinda puzzled as to what has her looks anything to do with it. 
).
I still preferred it much more, since I know the history of both of them and it was therefore more powerful to me.
In the end, the romances from each games are vastly different. The one from TW3 piggybacking on an already established relationship.
