PC version.

So, I decided to install DAI again and took notice of the good things implemented.

I made a two handed warrior, and I remember that being awful to play on launch with a kb/m. Had to plug in a controller back then.

Now I'm playing with kb/m and it's pretty good. Adding auto attack (which should have been there since the beginning for god's sake) made combat so much better and less silly with just swinging the sword after the enemy was dead because you were pressing down the mouse button...

The tactical camera has a bigger zoom (which should have been there since the beginning too) which is very useful. Still has problems with tight corridors though. Question is: does anyone know how to zoom in instead of zoom out on the battlefield? Sometimes I want a closer look and camera is too far away.

Overall, nice changes.

The zoom level is fixed by that setting in Options, so you're stuck with whatever you choose. In the end, I stayed with the minimum zoom specifically to maintain that close-up option.

However, all the higher zoom setting really does is a
set the camera farther away from the targeting reticule. So if you lower the camera toward the ground and then set the targeting reticule behind the thing you want to observe, you can get a good look at it.

That's not a great fix, though, which is why I ultimately went back to the smaller zoom.
