Started maybe two weeks ago. I search for a Quick Match and it just keeps spinning & spinning. Last weekend I think I only managed to find two games. It's been so bad I gave up and blew the dust off Witcher 2.
Just me?
Anyone else having trouble finding matches?

Maybe something your end. On PC it's (very) rarely taken me more than a minute to find a match, regardless of the time of day.

Are you origin or console? I ask because ever since a few origin updates ago I basically have to restart the origin client with each game session otherwise matchmaking is completely broken (i.e. I also get the infinite searching for match, and no one can join my host). After restarting origin, though, I'm finding matches or people are joining my lobbies as usual.

^ I can't believe BioWare is so diabolical. I mean, think how much this could affect the total player base and how many more players would play on PC if not for such nonsense.

During those infinite loading screens, are you on Windowed mode?

nope. And it's not the loading screen, not having any trouble loading matches. It's the searching for match/communicating screen.

If u want i'll set up a lobby and send an invite, (GT same as name). And if I remember right, if it is a dlc problem you won't be able to join and you'll know thats the problem.

My experience with that is a bit different, if not the same. On PS3, there are times when I search for a match and there is no "Communicating" loading ring spiraling which means the game isn't taking me anywhere. Sometimes it happens on PC as well, but most of the time it will happen because I went into a testing map. There was a time where most of the time I went into loading screens while being in Windowed mode, my game would crash which is why I asked about the "Windowed" situation.

OP, you are not alone. I tried searching for a Gold game for 1 hour...nothing..All I got was Waiting For Other Players screen everytime I searched. I tried hosting..after about 20 minutes of nobody showing up, I quit my own Lobby..I searched for a Silver game..Got in right away..This is the 3rd time this situation has happened to me within the past 2 months..Weird.
