An Intel HD 5500 gets you a silky smooth 22.5 FPS on low in Dragon Age: Inquisition so I will go with no.

i dont think so.
btw the i5 5200U (Low Power) is designed to use little energy and not to achieve high performance. "thanks" to its low TDP of just 15W (normal desktop i5 have ~80W; and no, it is not the actual power consumption) it likely will not work with its full CPU- and GPU-clock at full load. this CPU just isnt made for gaming at all.
