This is great news but i still rather they give us a remastered version.

Oh for crying out loud, stop making a mountain out of a mole hill. This is great news. No more musical chairs with my consoles. I can now retire my 360 and still play my 360 on my xbox one.

No, I didn't. And no, it doesn't. That's just your poor interpretation. Something you expected it meant, which it didn't.
The word "released" was never used.

Yeah I couldn't help but notice during the demo how awful the framerate was. I'm happy with anything above 30fps but that looked like 15fps. Hopefully it was either feedback lag or the backwards compatibility tech is just still in beta.

The framerate is worse. You might as well play it on the xbox 360.

Played it last night and it does indeed run very poorly.
Hopefully this is just a beta thing.
Also, I won't even start a new playthrough until I can access DLC.
Assuming they get the kinks worked out, this is pretty fantastic news.
