As long ME:A does not have the writing style of ME2 and ME3 with its "THIS" nonsense, i really do not mind how they get there and if little whales are flying around (might actually be cute). But sadly i somehow doubt it.

It would Not Surpise me One bit if they try to copy what bungie did with Destiny.. And make this game the base game then just continue to add DLC's to it..Over and over agian..its the New cash cow for these comps. EA and Activision ..

                                                                                                 <<<<<<<<<<()>>>>>>>>>>

I'm in no hurry to spend $$ on DAI DLCs....... until the price comes down.

Personally i'm going to wait and see what the Andromeda gets in reviews and if Bioware dose not at least explain the ending of ME3 in the Andromeda game I will most likely not buy Andromeda. Some may say thats steep or a narrow sighted decision but, I was burned once and if Bioware will not give some closure or explanation to the trainwreck that was the ending of ME3 then there is no reason for me to trust their game making in Andromeda. Don't get me wrong I want to like Andromeda, but fool me once once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

What part of the ending do you wish explained? I'm 90 % sure Bioware won't be doing any call-backs to the ME3 ending in Andromeda, but maybe some of us forumers can provide the answer you're looking for :)

I feel like the ending has been explained to death. What do you feel still requires explanation?

Waiting for reviews and ME:A forum commentaries is good. I am doing the same.... no pre-orders ever gain, for me, because of DAI.

Not buying because of a failure to explain the ME3 endings is childish. On top of that, you might be missing out on a very good game.

You do realize, I hope, that a detailed and well articulated explanation of a crappy ending does not change the fact that the ending was crap.

Idawizard just can't accept the given explanations, which is unfortunate for him.

And I certainly hope you know the difference between a story going on forever and you wanting a story to go on forever.  It's a fine line, but one that must be painted just by the existence of literature.

I'm not sure what I said to make you think I felt otherwise. I didn't comment on the quality of the ending either way.

Both trailers, the Andromeda and this one: https://www.youtube....h?v=44oJi5w2Wjc appear awesome. But, what will actual game play be like?  They remind me of DAI  cinematics.

I have to laugh at that.  Anybody who falls more than 30 feet is gonna have a helluva time not snapping a femur like a turkey wishbone on thanksgiving.

But ohhhhh.   Space magic.   But, this isn't really the place or time for that.   Plus yay for Jennifer Hale unless I misheard.

Well don't they have super bones or something? And they did use retro rockets (barely lol). :)

I want to face tougher enemies in ME:A. And when I mean by that, I want to **** my pants when I first meet them. Then have that awesome feeling when I finally defeated them! But the ¨ ḦOLY ****¨ moment is also very important

Didn't Wynn mention that armour in ME:A will be better and different? The Andromeda trailer alluded to this.

The body armour in the Halo 5 trailer may do more than just add a defensive component. Anyway, the actual game won't show the Strike Team do jumps from sub-orbital ships. On the other hand, if ME:A has new tech armour, we may see changes in battle mechanics.

Did they?   I couldn't tell.   I was too busy looking at them rolling down the side of the mountain.   In which case, that would mean that their bones would snap in different positions.  But they would still snap.

They are spartans with armor that can survive reentry from space to earth. Never question their power and prowess.

Have you ever played a Halo game? It is never as fast paced as the trailer showed nor do the spartans one shot enemies so easily, but there was no Fall damage after Halo 2, I'm not sure if Halo 4 reintroduced it.

Yes. The original Halo, played on a PC with Windows/XP.

Halo2 was only PC Vista compatible and I skipped it and went directly to Win 7.

The rest are console only, which I don't have.

If they do make the Ark the hub, I hope they put all the stuff you need, like workbenches, in one place, so that we don't have loarding screens or a running simulation going on between e.g. test-firing weapons, modding them and changing armor. A stroll through the Ark should be optional (looking at 2nd playthroughs and people not interested in the story).

Meh, DS9 was just a B5 ripoff....

That is, IMHO, a remarkably shortsighted opinion and it wounds me (not really, but still) that it is perpetuated 20 years on. The shows diverge exponentially, especially once DS9 reaches its fourth or fifth season. The final three years of DS9 are so utterly separate -- and, to my taste, superior -- to Babylon 5.

Whether or not Paramount truly committed a royal ripoff against JMS in declining his offer to work on a show and then initiating work on another show with a similar setup, the end product of both productions is very unique.
