Looks interesting. I like the Space western/exploration vibes it gave off. Conquering/exploring the the wild west.. er Andromeda Galaxy. Although DA:I was a step in the right direction in terms of exploration BioWare's vision of exploration still has a long ways to go.

I'm more hopeful today than I was yesterday. The trailer had good content.

Yeah, but if its really Shepard

It's not Shepard. No more Shepard has been repeated over and over again for 3 years. A ship/ark almost surely left for Andromeda before the endings.

Super hyped by the trailer. Disappointed that that's it at E3? Really?

Mass Effect: Andromeda will be to the Mass Effect franchise what Godzilla (1998) was to the Godzilla franchise - an installment in name only.

This is an absolutely insane comment and you can't really think this.

All Mass Effect games come from BioWare, at least. Your analogy doesn't work because G'98 wasn't Toho.

Interesting. I do hope there will be several developed areas to explore other than just empty land.

Congrats, you figured out women have curves. What badass pose can a woman make that doesn't show that off, same goes for males? You get a clear shot of his ass and broad back.

Dude, she's like a noodle? Yes women have curves, I should know but she has no power at all behind her stance? How is she even standing? :'DD

Yes we see the guy's ass but let's be real here, that's a ridiculous pose and it's clearly just to make her look more sexy and ''feminine''

Well, Bioware certainly wants to put some distance ME:A and ME3's awful ending.

2.5 million light years to be exact.

Of course, but the guy is in unsual sexual pose too. That's not how 'standard' dudbro space marines are posed lol

Trailer looks awesome. I was hoping for a soft reboot, so this gets me excited about the game. Am more open to preodering than after ME3.

The trailer was rather underwelming to be honest, If I didn't knew it was mass effect I would a have mistakend it for another franchise.  The athmopshere feels completely off, very star-warsy, in my opinion.

It looked good, but I feel like that wasn't really something that should have been showed off at E3. That looked more like a teaser for an E3 reveal. I don't know, maybe I'm just spoiled from Bethesda.

How is that an insane comment? All the stuff we know and love from the original games is gone, this game has some things in common but it's not the same as the original Mass Effect. It shares the title, the mako, and (some) of the races. That's it.

Ugh, I'm so excited to find out who the character in the trailer is, if the classes are going to be the same or different, and JUST EVERYTHING.

Fallout 4 is coming out this year tho.

The trailer was "impressive". Having said that, it contained nothing of what made the trilogy so wonderful. No story. No context. No characters. Where's the passion and the chemistry. It all feels highly "functional". N7: check. Space navigation:check. Mako: check. Great visuals: check. Smooth animations: check. This is what I would expect from a multiplayer only game. But Mass Effect is about involvement... It just wasn't there for me. Well, maybe next year...

Also, couldn't care less about "Andromeda"...

I am a woman and I like to look feminine and show off my curves. And I like it when men stare. I'm glad BioWare did not make the female look masculine. She looks very flexible in fact. Is there something wrong with being feminine?

It actually reminds me a lot of the original ME1 pre-release marketing. Like, a LOT like it.

Agreed, the game could end up being fantastic but from what we've seen so far it looks like a new IP, not a extra addition to the ME series.

Oh, I know. It's just that Bethesda spoiled me so much with their press conference. On top of that, I just felt EA had a really weak one at that.

The trailer wasn't bad. I was hoping for more, but it was about what I expected. It feels like it more or less confirmed the survey leak which made things feel like it would be something of a western focused on exploration. That works well for me. I'm curious just how much time has past since the original trilogy as it sounds like it will be enough that the effects of any of the ending will be essentially negligible.
