We had a Krogan in the party in every game (yeah, I'm counting Vega as a Krogan).

Get the feeling the whole milky way is more or less united and invading....sorry exploring other galaxy areas and humans act has the middle men between the various races, so hopefully we have a complex team

Given only two races come to mind for coming up with tech that can jump from one galaxy to another beside the reapers that seems likely

Even if its only taking place in one cluster, still needed something new to jump from milky to this place
