Did anyone find any interesting details in the trailer that others might've missed?  Why don't we collect them here?

0:45 - The ship the N7 trooper is presumably on makes a FTL trip (the destination is marked FTL Destination) - Vazgen.

0:49-0:55 - The ship's apparent FTL journey looks a lot like a trip through a Relay, except no Relay is apparent.  This may indicate that the ship uses technology derived directly from the Relays - in effect, it was it's own Relay - and may explain how humans reached Andromeda in the first place - Fidete Nemini. However, it may simply be how FTL jumps are portrayed in the new game - Sojourner83
 
1:03 - The N7 trooper seems to have a Carnifex - Nitrocuban. The design of the trooper's helmet looks like some sort of variation on the Capacitor or Kestrel helmets, with a completely closed upper section - Serza

1:13 - The Mako charges down a hill. It is designated M-40; the original Mako was M-35 - Vazgen

1:19 - Some sort of horn or klaxon sounds. Is it a Reaper? - Fidite Nemini. Or is it a Collector or some other race?

1:26 - A number of towers emerge from the sand. Are they Prothean? - Heldarion. Geth? - azarhal

As possible evidence of Prothean design, compare the towers with the ones found at the Eden Prime digsite in From Ashes - alienatedflea

1:27 - Two figures - one Krogan, and the other a female human - can be seen running alongside the N7 trooper - Zehealingman. Mike Gamble confirmed it was a human woman in the trailer - ElitePinecone. These two may be the characters Drack and Cora mentioned in the leaked market research - ElitePinecone.  Note that the female is carrying a shotgun, which indicates she may be a Vanguard (since that's the signature weapon of that class) - Serza. It looks like the female may be wearing an N7 Breather Helmet and, if so, part of her face is visible, showing she is a human - Serza. If true, it may indicate that she is an N7 too.

1:28 - The N7 trooper's sheilds break

1:30 - The enemies can be seen, but are hard to identify.  What is easy to see is that they have the kind of backwards-bending legs seen a lot of the alien races in the ME universe. You can also see the light of the N7 Troopers rocket-jump system - Han Shot First.  Note that the Omni-blade is active. This may be part of a heavy melee move, or it may indicate the blade can be activated at will.

I thought so too at first but then changed my mind. The leg bend is too pronounced and they seem more... wide. I'd say they look more like the Collectors.

Well, they mentioned that the guy in the trailer is not our protagonist. So I would not be so sure that those two are squadmates.

Really? That's the only one I've seen to use Johnny Cash. Can you link them, I love his songs?

Definitely Human Female, not Asari. Caucasian skin can be seen through visor at roughly 1:27.

Yes. Though many others have been built off the platform. I can name M-11 (appearing with a suppressor in the Citadel DLC) and Paladin, being built off the M-6 Carnifex.

 

Helmet appears mighty similar to Kestrel and Capacitor Helmets in ME3.
