Maybe for consoles, but PC we can tweak and fine-tune the graphic settings. It may not look exactly like that, but it will still look beautiful.

Here's the Dragon Age Inquisition trailer from e3 2013. It was a year and a half out, as ME:A is now.
I would suspect that difference between what you see in this trailer and what you got in game is going to be the same degradation you see between ME:A trailers and what you actually get in game.
Yes new animations would be great, instead of the nodding head one that is in all the games, and please no frame rate drops like the original on the 360. So long as that's fulfilled we should have a great looking game
