I am having problems with my gamertag, I used the same email that is for my gamertag and it doesnt show at all. And, I got the special edition and all that and just wanna get my content, My friends got thiers but why cant I get mine   . Can someone help me.

Im having the same problem since yesterday. I have the cerberus network but I still cant connect the site and my xbox360. My gamertag on this site says none.

Yes, the way to solve this is to contact EA.



95% of the people with this problem already have their XBox Live gamertag associated with another EA account through some previous EA online game. All you need to do to get your DLC is move the gamertag from the older account (which you probably didn't even know you had) to the EA account that has your DLC.



However, that can only be done by an EA Customer Service rep. That's your solution. Call EA. They fix it and you're good to go.

On the phone now. I totally messed everything up. Instead of entering the information via xbox. I entered everything through the computer with a different e-mail then what I used for my xbox live. To be frank, I forgot which e-mail address I associated with my xbox live account because no other game forces me to know it. I'm getting ready to just say forget it, I already started my game so it's probably too late to even use the DLC

I got mine to go now and my gamertag was my old one and I just changed it to my current one
