So much better, no horrible 2D flying minigame.
And is that the viewscreen/cockpit view in the ship? Damn, that's so much better than the Normandy. ![]()

I'm pretty sure that's just a pretty CGI trailer. The flicking between planets is there just to give people a glimpse of level design, as well as for the sake of style. Casually flipping through magnificant worlds and then walking badassily towards the camera is for swag only.
I loved the flying segments. Only time I felt like we were on a ship really.
It looks awesome. At 0:45 you can see your location - destination. Awesome

Well I seriously hope the map is truly a map again and not flying a toy model ship around. I really didn't like that in 2 and 3.
Interested to see what the new ship looks like as a whole - if it is an "exploration ship", it could have a totally different design to a "stealth" ship like the Normandy.
The flick/swipe seems ok, but would get tedious when you just want to get to a planet without having to scroll through...

Or a wii U feature ![]()
How is it humanly possible to confuse teaser CGI for gameplay footage?

May be a trailer but the concept is good compared to what we got in 2 and 3 which is why I'm intent on mentioning it.
Both ED and SC will likely have a lot more content by 2017 so the exploration aspect of ME:A is going to have to be pretty damn good to compete.
