Don't think anyone can possibly beat EA at this point for the most dull press conference so far.

I don't think so. I think it'll be confirmed the worst.

Ubisoft could suck though.

Go figure, the EA press conference streams are rife with technical issues. EA's own Twitch just went offline and Gamespots livestream appears down too, just when Battlefront is up next.

GG EA, GG.

Ah, it's back. But the website is now on spanish, lolwut?

EA show verdict:

Focus on the usual cashcow sport franchises, some mobile and topped off with lots of special guests having been paid to endorse their products. The only interesting game being Mirror's Edge and the expected hype for Battlefront, which at least looks outstanding, even though the actual gameplay is hardly much representative, seeing how people were running around like headless chicken in the open and hardly anyone was taking shots at the myriad of easy targets. That wasn't gameplay footage as much as it was your bogstandard scripted trailer that exchanged the cinematic presentation for a just as much scripted gameplay video.

Not impressed, though I suppose smart people strategically camping defensive zones and/or teamworking attackers steamrolling the path of least resistance isn't quite as spectacular to sell. Will wait for the beta to reserve my judgement on the gameplay, because this footage is worthless aside from showing pretty graphics.

Waiting for Nintendo at the very least.  there last two conferences were a lot of fun to watch as they cut away the unneeded filler and focused more on the games.  Plus since they are pre-recorded no there is no need to worry about technical issues...... unless the Internet goes down.....

Well duh, after Activision showed off a Call of Duty game about using the force to make people vomit on themselves, of course everything else is going to look bad. EA never stood a chance.

I was at work so I missed EA and Ubisoft. Just reading through the "highlights".

I remember last year, EA spent a large amount of time telling me all about NHL 15... yeah.... yeah.... an unfinished game with missing modes. I love learning about those.

Looking forward to Nintendo tomorrow. They usually have a fairly entertaining presentation.

Yeah, let's wait for Ubisoft.

Ubisoft has Heroes VII for September 2015 and at least it listened to some of the fans (they participated) in including some factions and stuff. So it won't be as bad as Heroes VI, let's see if it's better than Heroes V.

I never thought I'd see the day when NBA Live would possibly dethrone NBA 2K. Which is good, because competition. This could be the year. And the changes to passing and receiving in Madden seem pretty interesting. Haven't played a Madden game since like the 2013 iteration.

Ooop, perhaps I spoke too soon, Square Enix is proving to be a strong contender as well.

I would of liked it but Pele man i was kinda excited then it turned into dull story time and I hope the receivers can make the different types of catches themselves and we don't have to do it manually in madden I am so fed up to receivers not trying to get the ball

Bite your goddamn tongue!

Soon the empire of Sony and Microsoft will collapse and Nintendo shale rule again!
