How do i get access to DLC on the same console but with a different profile?

Actually, I thought that was a problem for myself at first, too, but come to find out, it was a non-issue. Though the other profiles on the Xbox don't have the Cerberus Network, the DLC should actually still be installed on the game. Though my wife has all of the DLC and the Cerberus Network, I still have access to the CE stuff, the preorder bonus, and the Crash Site DLC. I just can't see it from the Cerberus Network or the Extra Content section in the main menu.
