I agree that Bioware should do what They want, though it's irrelevant to what I said. People still have the right to express their opinion.

Yes. liara is always my romance in every gameplay. I cant even imagine playing without her. also ali hillis.

 

Well i could accept if we would play with liara/shepard childen or she would be companion.

I'm not the biggest Liara fan actually -- in fact, I can't stand the ubiquity -- but I wouldn't mind seeing her. It's too bad that other long lived companions are less reliable in being around (I'm sure Aria is close to matriarch age as it is.. And Samara, Grunt, and Wrex can be killed).

There is also that.

 

No squadmate from ME3 would have a guaranteed cameo without one of the High EMS variants of the endings being made the sole canon, if not the sole canon, the sole basis for a sequel.

 

That's unlikely to happen with Andromeda, which is probably set in another galaxy so the devs didn't have to address the endings of Mass Effect 3.

Garrus had slightly more total content and dialogue, but Liara was slightly more involved with the main plot. She did have more content than any other squadmate not named Garrus.

No thanks she should stay in the Milky Way. No returning former squaddies for me. Personally hoping and  expecting the ark/fleet to have left before ME3 endings and hence get round not being green so none could be present anyway. Not sure there's any memorable secondary characters guaranteed to be alive so an all new cast.

For me it depends on the setting. If ME5 was going to be a return to the Milky Way, say set 30 years after the events of ME3....I might not mind some of the old Normandy crew making cameos. It would all depend though on where you encounter them and whether there is a solid story reason for your character crossing paths with them.
