nope. Game has multiplayer now because it is moving with the times, improving and striving to be on the right side of history. Enlightened people like challenging gameplay that presents an opportunity to improve their skill, not pointless railroading and faffing about for 90 hours then picking Red, Green or Blue to kill themselves regardless. If you just want that, there's plenty of games on the market for your less refined tastes.

You're giving biower SP too much credit, and you obviously haven't played much MP. Every single game I've ever played involves the rich, personal story of my glorious skill carrying my teammates (interaction with companions) to victory, laying waste to all enemies far and near and subjecting them to the moral righteousness of a good teabagging, then subsequently banging all their mums (romance options).
Good. Those so called "core fans" are useless scrubs. I'd prefer they left and made room for some competent MP Master Race players to replace them. Hopefully, they'd bring some dextro doritos and dew to share with me as well.

I wouldn't mind SP in the game, I ike it. Not as much as before I tried M3MP though. Adding the social aspect and increased difficulty (to the point I had to say I can't do that, I'm not that good) changed everything for me. SP is like a good book, but I can only read it so many times, I know how it ends and at the end I'm just trying out different dialogue options for lols. But I keep going back to MP, for the gameplay and for all the other players. 2000+ hours wasted on it, probably more than I've spent on other Bioware titles combined.
But, to each to their own. SP sucks!
