In case you missed it, Bioware held a contest over the past couple of weeks: The Great Thedas Landmark Search. The contest ran from May 29 to June 12. Since it's over, I thought I'd share my entry to show my solution to the locations where the clues led.

Landmark Riddles
Tier 1 – Casual
Challenge 1: Emprise du Lion - Mages imprisoned a demon of great power within these walls… if the legend is true. [Landmark: Tower of Bone. West of Judicael's Crossing, the huge ancient Tevinter bridge that leads east.]
Challenge 2: The Storm Coast - Up, up, up to where the dwarves once mined. [This is an underground area that is reached by climbing up, up, up a gully that begins east of the Hessarian Camp in the middle of the area. The gully leads to a dwarven doorway in the face of a cliff.]
Challenge 3: The Fallow Mire - Maintained and operational. [Landmark: Old Windmill. On the eastern edge of the Weeping Spires in the south of the Fallow Mire.]
Challenge 4: The Hissing Wastes - The cool, sweet air rewards those who vanquish the poisonous beasts. [Landmark: Golden Oasis. Located in the far northwest part of the Hissing Wastes, and full of poisonous Wyverns.]
Tier 2 – Normal
Challenge 5: Emprise du Lion - Those who don't heed the rules hang suspended in an icy grave. [Cave in the west wall in the south part of Alphonse's Passage - the tunnel that you can enter west of the Highgrove camp.]
Challenge 6: The Emerald Graves - He watches from high above. Not even the elves can recall his name. [Landmark: The Watcher. Located above Watcher's Reach, a narrow canyon north of Hill Camp, the starting camp in the Emerald Graves. Watcher's Reach is the initial HQ of the woodsman and local leader Fairbanks.]
Challenge 7: The Forbidden Oasis - Burdened is the soldier who dies by the sword. [Landmark: The Weight of War. West of the Desert Camp is a statue across a small wooden bridge with this landmark. The clue refers to the codex entry for the statue.]
Challenge 8: The Storm Coast - Superstitious nonsense. [Landmark: The Stone Tree. In the east part of Apostate's Landing, near an Astrarium. The codex entry describes a superstition involving the landmark.]
Tier 3 – Hard
Challenge 9: The Exalted Plains - What keeps the shemlen away: guilt, or fear? [Landmark: Var Bellanaris. Large ruin in the southernmost part of the area.]
Challenge 10: The Emerald Graves - Trespassing humans met a cruel fate here. [Landmark: Chateau d'Onterre. A cave icon on the map marks the entrance to this chateau in the south side of Silverspray Perch in the eastern part of the Emerald Graves. The clue refers to the looters who were killed in the haunted chateau.]
Challenge 11: Crestwood - He found comfort playing cards and eating cheese in his final moments. [Behind the building with the locked door in the south part of the village of Crestwood.]
Challenge 12: The Exalted Plains - Your secrets are safe in his trusted hands. [Landmark: The Dead Hand. Part of a fallen statue above an underground puzzle located southeast of the Fens Camp in the north of the Exalted Plains. A codex entry in the cave beyond the puzzle refers to Dirthamen, the Elven "Keeper of Secrets." This is the only landmark I'm not entirely sure of, because the "secrets" and "trusted hands" references are tenuous.]
Tier 4 – Nightmare
Challenge 13: The Western Approach - A carved message reads: "Can I get you a ladder to get off my back?” [Landmark: The Shortcut. Wooden scaffolding across from Oasis Cave that lets you climb the west wall in the valley of Lost Wash Creek. The clue refers to the codex entry for the landmark.]
Challenge 14: Crestwood - Bloody was the battle between plant and corpse. [Linden Farm/Old Whitter's Farm, south of Dead Man's Pass. There's a ladder to a platform on the west side of the ruined farmhouse, and on the platform is a codex book describing a Plants vs Zombies scenario.]
Challenge 15: The Emerald Graves - The heads of bears hang like tapestry. [A hard to find crack in the small cliff/wall of rocks that runs north-south to the west of the Gracevine camp, leads to this easter egg. The opening is north of the quarry also located along that cliff. The opening can only be seen from the rock shelf that runs along the cliff slightly above ground level.]
Challenge 16: The Western Approach - It shimmers, out of reach, behind a prison of rock. [At first I thought this might refer to the Shimmerstone Mine landmark, but then I remembered this "Holy Grail" hidden in a small crack in the eastern wall of Echoback Canyon, just north of the Astrarium. This one is also hard to see because you have to climb up the edge of a slippery dune to see the opening.]
