If you romance the Mako, then the ship will be very upset and turn off the life-support systems. The weapons don't care, they just want to have fun without any commitments.

426a. Our Ark is anomaly, it comes from a time before those choices were made but we get to see three different factions fighting in Andromeda with each faction representing a choice that Shepard could make at the end of ME3
