I was wondering if we will get any Dlc announcements for Inquisition now since 2016 is set to be the Year of Mass Effect Andromeda and right now B-Ware's just got DAI & SWTOR to fill 2015.And I didn't mention the mystery IP because that most likely won't be released until 2017 or 2018.

Anyone know if B-Ware intends to continue using The Keep as the future of the Dragon Age Franchise because at this point the last thing they added was the Dark Horse Comics thing and they don't seem to be updating it anymore.

I had wondered if The Keep Team had been disbanded or something.

The Dark Horse comics thing was fairly recent. I don't see why they wouldn't use the Keep in the future since it's an efficient way of importing (even though buggy) and editing your world states. It's basically an application, so right now it simply doesn't need to be updated.

I wish B-Ware would do something more with The Keep like the ability to upload & download character appearances that would be awesome.

The Keep is the centralized state manager for DA (local save imports are gone forever).

It's probably not going to be important again until DA4.

There are issues with Certain tiles not importing properly like Hawkes Sex/Class another is Conner always mentioning King Alistair even when Alistair was executed at The Landsmeet with Prince-Consort Cousland marrying Queen Anora. There is import issues no doubt.

The Dragon Age Keep is meant as a feature for use with Dragon Age: Inquisition and beyond. It was conceived as a central hub for players of the DA franchise. It's likely not going anywhere.

Now, because it must be said, just because the Keep hasn't seen any major updates doesn't mean the team isn't still working on it behind the scenes. Features need to be tested before release, and some bugs (probably) also require a game update to be fixed (such as the odd Dorian stay/leave re: talking vs not at the party).

Those aren't really import issues in the sense you're suggesting. There may be issues in Inquisition (which would need to be fixed in Inquisition), but it doesn't really have much to do with the Keep.

The Keep tries to synchronize some of the old BSN data (like the career records and images for the previous player characters), but it's not really used for anything.

Technically true, but a lot of the team got reassigned or had their contracts expire.

I'm pretty sure the Keep is in maintenance mode for now. It will ramp up again closer to the next game.

I'm sure they're working on getting the hakkon tiles into the keep.
