The dagger with the highest base damage is the dragon dagger at 157. Sorry for laughing earlier, but the number of 443 sounded a bit too extreme!
I know that @kmegg, but this guy was so into his lie just came to the boards to get verification and I got it.
I was talking to all the people that keep claiming this dagger is in the beta. All content in current and past betas is under strict non-diclosure agreement (NDA). BioWare was very clear about the betas being under NDA even after the beta content is pushed to production.
What platform on which this supposed dagger appeared is irrelevant to people not understand NDA and the consequences of them not following it.
I might add that the OP has provided no proof this dagger was in MP. Jaws of Hakkon is on PS3. The "friend" of the OP could have gotten it in SP and either got confused or just lied. Regardless, that is a matter for Luke (et al) to look into.
Never claimed it was, in any way shape or form. I do believe I'm permitted to speculate or hypothesize or making wild random assumptions.

If you were speculating, it didn't sound like it. It sounded like you were telling everyone that it's "like something in the beta". We are not even allowed to say if and what content might or might not be in the beta. Even speculating about beta content might be misconstrued if you are participating in the beta.
Please just choose your wording more carefully. I'd rather not have a misunderstanding affect the future availability of beta participation.
