Something to consider: MEA is probably part of a trilogy. Like ME, they could add more LI in each game. So. How should that be factored in?
Well, they could write some LIs as being a romance that develops across the trilogy. Sort of like Garrus and Tali but planned from the start.
I'd guess it would be an asari is going to be the bisexual LI as well. So far, it doesn't seem like they have any sort of real preference in physical type other than sentient and breathing. I mean, they could make one a lesbian or heterosexual. Aria seems to prefer the ladies, but I think it would make more sense with their established lore to keep them bisexual. To be honest, if any race has a good lore reason to not be straight, it's them.
Let's hope this Cora isn't a clone of Liara, in personality and looks (i want her to have markings, not "human looks a la Liara")

Ofc not, I didn't say someone like Aria. A commando asari sounds fine... but from the leaks, if the asari had justicar skills, she could be a justicar. Or someone very skilled.
If it's a justicar, I won't be that thrilled imo.... justicars aren't my type. Too white/black and they have all this restriction. Unless she's a retired Justicar or someone who gave up her duty. Just pls no maiden asari this time.

A "fallen" justicar could be interesting. One who simply couldn't deal with the lifestyle that role implies. Just as long as there wasn't a way of pushing her back onto the "right" path by shagging her.

I'd want just to have renegade vanguard, opposite to Liara at least ^^ Ruthless Asari that lives for herself. Sth like Aria, Vasir etc.

Tbh I found her sort of cute. I have a soft spot for bad girls. The fact she lied just in front of me and tried to escape my wrath...amuse me very much. I wish we had that kind of companions more. Too many good people in our BW game-teams...telling ya.
I think there's room to explore justicars more. Samara was just one justicar. She might be taking a very literal approach to her code. It would be interesting to see another justicar, but this one uses her judgment to more liberally interpret her code. Or maybe she struggles reconciling the code with her morals. Could be interesting.
That being said, I don't need to see another justicar. We've had a justicar, a researcher, and an AY fugitive. I like the idea of a commando. Or maybe a diplomat? Like a cross between Inara and Zoe from Firefly?

I found the way DA:I handled the romance options was pretty well balanced, with a nice variety of options. I'd likely be happy with a similar approach in MEA.

Well tbh Liara and Kelly shouldn't be counted as pure straight dedicated option. Diana is a joke of a romance. 
and yes if you romanced Jacob you deserved that. Well the same could be said about femInquisition having the most options. Sometimes romances are better in one game than the other. I found DA:I quite poor in terms of romanceable companions if you are a straight man. Actually if we consider just the companions straight males got just one romance. Where is your equality now?
