I'm currently playing a mage focused on the fire element, while Dorian is my party's lightning mage.

And well, I just love placing a fire rune and then have them dragged straight to it with Dorian's Lightning Cage.

Or do the same thing but with Wall of Fire.

Are there any combination attacks you guys enjoy doing?

I'm not sure what happened there, but it was instantaneous, and it involved three mages. Probably Pull of the Abyss, Ice Storm and Lightning Cage.
