I know that it is suppose to be in the back of the wearhouse, but I can't open the wall. I have the book, but it it just refers you to the side quests. Read those but I still don't get it. Help anyone?

You can only get it after releasing Riordan from prison - and you must specifically ask him about the Wardens' cache when you do so.
