Please, don't make Mass Effect Andromeda the Inquisition in space
so, no fetch quests like Inquisition, "go to that planet and kill 10 aliens" "go to that system and gather 20 space plants" or
"use the mass relay 50 times"
make it interesting, you can do it 
lol it's funny because I can really see them being like 'go to this planet and gather enough data to see if it's habitable' which will basically be the shard collecting.
But yeah, pointless fetch quests need to go. Mass effect had the coolest things you could collect like sure you had a beacon you could go to but you could also see ancient bones in the distance or something and it'd tell you just a hint of something that was there before (like back when the Reapers and Protheans were cool). Great atmosphere. Empty planets really felt empty and alien.
