Ohh....Awww... *intrigued ooohh*
I'm skeptical
Me too.
I'm skeptical
It calls it an 'expansion' which makes me a tad suspicious.
It does sem a shame too, with all the possible storylines out there, that if this is accurate seems we will only get two DLCs. I was really hoping for three.
Seems legit. If I recall, Qunari character models were found in the game files already.

The description is rather vague and... why are we fighting Qunari? The Qunari invasion? I hope not.
Well... Maybe assuming the threat is Solas and the Qunari are after him too... but they could be allies... And I'm very skeptical of the "across the whole of Thedas" line. More likely its just new areas in southern Thedas (If real). The "expansion" wording is suspect.
I find it hard to believe they would only release two DLC, so this isn't likely the next one even if it is real.

They claimed that a DAI DLC would not be like Awakening, and this sounds too grandiose to be a small DLC like JOH. Very skeptical. Though it seems to refer to confronting Solas (which was cut from the main game), so some might be true, or the description is simply overselling the content.
Devs have also hinted towards the next DLC concerning the Deep Roads, so there's that.
@Mlady
If this is real, then it definitely isn't the next DLC, so that's probably true. I'm hoping for an underground Thaig with massive caverns and tunnels, altogether an area the size of one of DAI's areas like Crestwood.
Anyone could predict Solas' involvement, so I wouldn't call that a point in its favor. The whole description seems a vague hodgepodge of elements...

Yeah and I feel finding the Old God prison in the Western Approach is just a big tease! There's even another entrance to it, but it's too high to reach and a skeleton is resting against it near the quarry. Honestly though, I wish I could see Orzammar with the new engine! The Black Emporium in DAI made me also wonder how amazing Kirkwall must look!
Agreed, and we know we will see him again, that's not something they will leave hanging, but it's too soon. I feel it should be the final DLC. If they chose that route though, then there's not much we can do.
The price is really leaving me skeptical 15 dollar for an expansion?
It's the price of a normal DLC now.
They could add areas across thedas. It doesn't have to be the whole country of Nevarra or Tevinter or wherever. Just a zone, like everywhere else in DAI is just a zone. Just the spot important to the story being told. And there are multiple ways to justify the inquisitor being able to travel to those places. Also, it could serve to give us a preview of whatever area DA4 will be set in.
I am skeptical since its called an expansion for two reasons. 1st, its only $15. I'd expect something that is an expansion to cost $20, at least. More than Jaws of Hakkon, which was just a single area. Course maybe these multiple areas are small, so... 2nd issue is they've said there likely won't be awakening style expansions anymore. But they could very well have just changed their minds. Or this wouldn't qualify as "awkening-style" to them.
So... yeah I'd buy this if it were real, based on this description. It might not BE real, but if it was.
Definitely sounds like something I would buy, but I'm very skeptical.
I hope they don't waste qunari invasion on a DLC unless its to setup to a bigger fullscale invasion for DA4. what makes me more skeptical is the across thedas comment. I don't see DAI adding any other countries as a DLC and i don't see the qunari attacking thedas from the bottom up.
Yes, I hope that too. They've been preparing players for the qunari invasion since Sten in DA:O, I doubt they'll get through the content with just a single DLC... Unless of course they want it to be super anticlimatic like the templar/mage storyline in DA:I.
A DLC building up to the qunari invasion for the next game would seem pretty cool though. Especially since we've heard nearly nothing about them in this game.

Sims 4 expansions are nearly $40 and the game itself was $70 for those who bought the digital copy.
Definitely sounds like something I would buy, but I'm very skeptical.

Well, as past experience has taught me, it is unwise to dismiss leaks like this out of hand.
Still, I sort of wonder why they bother with surveys like this, considering they always get out.
Source?
Well, I hope it's true because this is a DLC/expansion I'd buy.
On another note, OP, are you THE Shinobi from neogaf?
Am I just dumb or did I read it like the Qunari were behind the whole breach? You will confront the one who started it all - and then I see fighting Qunari as the first thing mentioned?
