So 2 days ago Bioware put up a "Know Your Lore" post for the Qunari. This means the leaked Qunari DLC is definitely coming. Looking back on the Know Your Lore posts for the Descent, they started exactly two weeks before it was released. So does this mean the new DLC is coming out in 12 days? Or is that way too close to The Descent?
Means absolutely nothing. We just had Descent released, there's no way another DLC like you hope will be released even in the next month.

Descent was made by Bioware Austin. The Edmonton studio could have been working on this since Jaws of Hakkon released so its entirely possible. They may be making the announcement for a few weeks in advance though
I feel like the Solas issue will be solved before DA4 and I'll tell you why. Bioware has already stated they're doing a new pc for each DA game. It only makes sense for the inquisitor to deal with the Solas issue. Why would Joe shmoe in DA4 deal with this story arc, it makes no sense. Any excuse for the new pc to solve something the mighty inquisitor should solve sounds really silly. Not really. They may be ambitious and try and make a point about Solas' character - that those that have played Inquisition would know a different side of him, which may directly affect our future choices. I mean, it's not like they haven't done it before - in DAO Wardens are heroes. In DAI they're misguided Corypheus' lackeys who have to be stopped. Same with decisions in Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts - the perception of Celene, Gaspard and Briala can differ wildly, depending whether someone has read Masked Empire or not.

It's pretty obvious they are posting about Qunari now because of the upcoming DLC involving them. The only question is whether they do this according to a predictable schedule. Descent was advertised as a dungeon crawl so I have no idea where people didn't think it would be one or it would some sort of offshoot of one. Dungeon crawlers have heavy emphasis on combat and loot, a decent amount of lore and a tiny bit of story. That's how dungeon crawlers have been for a long time.
This is story heavy dlc that we know very little about. To claim otherwise is reaching

From the Twitter comments and interviews, it sounds like we'll have some meaty companion interactions, particularly with an LI. Some characters (like Cole and Bull) will have differences based on their personal quest choices. The new Divine has some significance. The Inquisitor has some emotionally investing stuff with their Anchor slowly killing them and the legacy of the Inquisition to think about. Then there's Solas. I think Bioware really want this to be a proper send off for the Inquisition (including major characters).
