Am I just dumb or did I read it like the Qunari were behind the whole breach? You will confront the one who started it all - and then I see fighting Qunari as the first thing mentioned?

Lol I read it that way too at first, but it's just crammed together. It's about finding Solas obviously since he did start the whole mess.

This sounds like it will be the last DLC...I just want it to be amazing.

Solas stuff will be cool. I hope we get more insight on the old gods.

Sounds interesting. Too bad I won't buy it.

I'm skeptical

There's no way in hell they'd put out an expansion that size at that price.  Of course, in THEORY they could be testing the price point and different people might get different prices on the survey.

A DLC featuring the Deep Roads could conceivably span a great area of Thedas

I personally find the deep roads to be extremely annoying, now imagine the deep roads of DAI,full of fetch quests,no i don't want to think about it....

I don't know if the survey is legit, but I'd buy it for $14.99 (though I don't care about the qunari at all). I think the idea of having something post-game is neat (though maybe they have to with all of the calls for stuff dealing with the epilogue and stinger).

I'm skeptical

BioWare has done surveys for a lot of their recent content (remember DA3 and ME4 both leaked through surveys).

It calls it an 'expansion' which makes me a tad suspicious.

BioWare often refers to their post-release content as expansions (DLC is used more informally).

@devSin, You're right.  Bioware has done these sort of surveys before and they have been leaked before.

That's exactly why somebody might think to fake it.

Last adventure? Already?

I sure hope not. Inquisition felt like it was just getting started when it came time for the credits to roll. Unless that last adventure is a 20+ hour story-heavy expansion, it's going to feel a lot like reading a book only to find the last few chapters are torn out.

But for all we know this is fake anyway, so I guess it's just wait and see. Some news would be awesome either way.

Bioware won't comment on this. They are not able to discuss DLC related stuff really until it's basically ready to be released. Some issue with EA I remember reading.

Keep in mind, even if this isn't fake, it may not be referring to the next DLC, but the third, or the fourth.

I'm expecting 3-4 DLCs including JoH in total, 5 seems overly optimistic.

I'm sure they could comment that it's fake if they wished to, why wouldn't they be able to?

This. This is a survey which implies the dlc really isn't very close to being done at all, and I'd be surprised if we had to wait massive amounts of time for another proper dlc.

I don't think I would. It sounds like WAY too much crammed into it, which means it'll be shallow as a puddle in the midday heat. The main game didn't remotely do the story-hooks it had justice, and I can't see it getting any better if they want to stuff "new gameplay mode", "story-driven", "all across Thedas", "qunari", "secrets of the Fade", and a grab-bag of other junk all into one piddly DLC.

But then I'm not a fan of DLC to begin with. *shrug* Still don't have JoH either, and that one sounds a lot more reasonable in terms of scope.

(It also sounds ominous in terms of "let's get rid of the Inquisition and the Inquisitor one way or the other" kind of way. I love the ultimate sacrifice, but by now the recyclable player characters thing has gotten old.)

I didn't mean a comment about this, but on DLC in general. I'm sure we'll get another at some point. News when they are ready and able to share it would be great, unless it's going to be a "surprise! Have DLC tomorrow!" type of thing from here on out.

Yeah, I'd be super disappointed we are already at the end of Dragon Age Inquisition content.

This^

It sounds like a bunch of random elements stuck together, not a coherent premise.

You know that saying that goes like "If it's too good to be true, it's probably not true."?

Yeah, that applies here as well. The description sounds ah-may-zing and very exciting, sounds like a lot of content too.

But for 15 dollars? Pfffft, yeah right, BW/EA can't possibly finance the right scope of the DLC with such a low pricetag.

It's either fake or blown out of proportion. And that makes me sad because I actually like the concept of the pseudo-DLC itself.

It sounds odd (if true which I doubt sorry) It makes it sound like the Qunari were involved and to be honest they have little to no involvement in the game as a whole. Confronting "the one" who started it all does sounds like a good plot idea but as people have already said does the Inquisitor really need to save the world again?

Still it does sound interesting and I would actually buy it. Sadly i don't think its true do you have a source you could link us to please?

As far as I'm skeptical about fans reveals on the plot or assumptions of the projected game/additions, it's worth to mention that before Inquisition was announced (or at least at it's early development stages, I'm not quite sure now), most of the companion names and origins were known because of the Internet leak. Therefore what we see in opening post could be some kind of "trial baloon" to check the community feedback on some aspects of the expansion.

Apart of that aspect, if not fake, the plot outline to expansions seems quite reliable, as it mach to post-credit scenes and will possibly crown the themes between Inquisitor and Solas (that he helped you to gain the control of the mark that could kill you because of his acts, and then hunting for the Orb he wanted to recover...). When reading the "expansion plot" it seems quite possible that Solas had found something similar to Orb or another elven artifact to recover the power of gods and his kind and possibly his acts will make an impress on the Inquisitor mark - or he simply would like to lure Inquisitor to him as some kind of a "vessel" or "seal" that somehow gained the power of elves at the conclave.

What's more about the Fade it would also match if we discuss about person that stayed there after the siege of Adamanth. I wonder if we will be possible to do something about it (you know, that statement that "X would most likely...") with help of Dreamers?

Thats of course just a speculation, but for sure the plot of Solas and his actions after the final battle simpy have to find it's final somehow in game series, so it would be an expansion to DA: I at some time.

Interesting. I like the idea of having future story DLC, but it seems too soon for the Inquisitor to go on a last mission. Personally, I see the Inquisitor going on a few more adventures and establishing themselves as a great leader before their big finale.
