Clearly the answer here is cannibalism. I've always advocated, that this should be possible solution to a burgeoning population and sustainability issues.

I also think that animal welfare is a highly important issue and shouldn't be made light of. As such free range farming is a another possible solution, hunting free range animals through the streets and fields with a bow and arrow. Blooding one's face with the warm blood of a kill, after chasing it down and killing it with your bare hands.

Glorious.

Plus the vegetarians and vegans can chew grass in the field and starve, more meat for me!

Practically speaking, cannibalism is actually a big public health issue. There are a number of pathogens and diseases that cannot be filtered out by traditional cooking and sanitation methods that can quickly spread when a species (including humans) eats their own kind.

Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease (as it's known in humans, but commonly known as Mad Cow Disease in bovines) is a prime example of this - tribes that practice cannibalism into the present day have an exponentially higher risk of this disease spreading throughout the entire tribe (especially the elders/leaders of the clan, who were given the honor of eating the prized part of their human cuisine, the brain), often leading to death and disability.

Health risks associated with cannibalism... nature's way of saying "don't sh!t where you sleep!"

That a debate about the ethicsl treatment of plants and animals occured on a forum dedicated to spending hundreds of hours killing things seems... well, it seems about right given the amount of logic usually seen in the ME3 MP forums.

This topic wasn't from the ME 3 MP forums.

If you're going to mock the intelligence of people for the forum they post in, I think it makes sense to at least correctly identify the forum.

I apologize, I suppose? You usually only see this level of nonsense topic spam from one of the MP forums. And I had just assumed it was ME3 because the vast majority of these "transplant" topics have come from there.

So this IS from the DA:I MP forums?

I wouldn't presume to tell you what you suppose, I was only informing you that you were wrong.

Of course, someone insulting others is doubling down on it. This BSN.

So it WAS a MP forum this came from then? Okay, good talk.

I think someone needs to get the baby a beer, he's getting ornery. EDIT: it's not like one can look at a thread and divine where it came from, for the record. It just magically appears in Off Topic through Mod Magic. Unless you are intimately familiar with the names of the sub forum regulars, I wouldn't know if it came from 4Chan for all we know.

This thread is not offering any valuable discussion to the forums and it also seems like the OP wanted it deleted. So; this thread is now locked.
