TBH, Havoc Strike was always my "get into optimal AT-12 Raider range" power.
It is get in Reegar, get grabbed, and get staggers before I hit the I win button for me.

They kind of figured it out when they slightly over buffed every SR, but the Valiant 4 months later.We'll nerf the Krysae and buff the Reegar Carbine.

My favourite is when the Carnifex was one of the strongest guns in the game so they nerfed it...
8 months later when it had already become a mediocre weapon via power creep of other guns.

Relative to game release, it's modern. It's still one of my favs, because it hammered the nerfers at the time.

I think overall, they didn't do too bad of a job.
They just had a few things that seemed really odd, like nerfing the Carnifex after it wasn't really all that powerful anymore in comparison to how good other guns were.

We still have hope that the ME:A MP will be at least as good as in ME3.
