Salarians with the Drell look
Krogans
Turians
Quarians with and without suits that summon Geth instead of drones
Volus for comic relief
2-3 new andromedian races
And... Yes... Humans, N7 and the likes but not as a super race

All present in the ME3 except, maybe, Hanar and Elcor. Story-wise, however, also Vorcha are hardly able to build their own Ark and send it to Andromeda.

Quarians without wearing their suits 24/7, maybe even quarians colonists from space program before geths genocide, cos really they was the most technilogy advanced race and found most of mass relays
Protheans(if Javic and others could survive and human space mission with criogenic sleep of 300 peples can do such, so i do not see why protheans cant survive in other galaxy)
Batharians
Vorcha migrants

mutants.. a off shoot of humanity, they believe they are the next step in human evolution. Calling themselves Homosuperior, or Homosapien-superior they count themselves as a new species/race and are secretly plotting to overthrow human regime and take over their spot in the ark program feeling that humanity had it's chance and now deserves to go extinct.

Actually, some sort of Star Wars like speeder bike would be badass.

A plant or fungus based species would be interesting to see.
I know that BioWare likes to anthropromorphize everything in sight, but I would like to think that a fungoid alien would at least have some 'other' qualities about it.

All the familiar species from the Shepard trilogy.
Indeed, I mean if travelling to Andromeda was a last ditch effort to save the citadel races (including outcasts like the Batarians and the Quarians) then they'd include all the races IMHO (most of all the Quarians IMHO - I mean they are the species with the most experience in space travel (having been nomads for centuries and all that!) and building/repairing/maintaining ships!)
I agree also that the joke races should get more attention (at least those that were somewhat serious races like the Volus - except the Vorcha (they are IMHO only good as gun-fodder -.-))
greetings LAX
ps: I want new races, too and I don't think they will have to cut any - I mean you have a main cast that says and does stuff (and gives you quests) but you also have people who are only there to make places like the citadel not feel empty!

Was that not what the Thorian was?

All of them, we need to be inclusive.

Yeah, but our only interaction with it was to shoot it in the face. Plus it appeared in, was relevant in, and then mentioned in only about 1.02% of the whole trilogy; which in itself is rather impressive, seeing as how the Thorian is the only alien species to be showcased less than the Rachni.
I would like to see something like the Thorian in Andromeda, or heck even another Thorian (maybe that's where angry Krogan gets those 'gas bombs' from in the leaked footage), I mean it's not like we had an overabundance of the species in the original games.

The Asari would be SO screwed in this new galaxy.
Viable populations are going to be at an all time low... what race is going to breed with them?
Er.... themselves?
You are Shepard and I claim my £5.

True, but it was special in that it was one of a kind. So you probably want an entire society and that's fair. Maybe there are Thorians planted around just like Thresher Maws.
I like to think that those are fart grenades.

Humans, hot ones too. I'm not romancing no friggin alien. Unless they're kryptonian, but that would be like doing the dirty with a female bodybuilder x1000.
That made me laugh. Thanks!

I would like to see the Aliens like in the Aliens movies and instead of hostile they are friendly and you can talk to them.

The asari can breed with themselves; the ardat-yakshi is a rare genetic condition, it does not occur with certainty in every child born from Asari-only parents.

I'd like to see salarians. They've been tragically unrepresented in the games, and when they are, they tend to be little more than krogan satellites. I don't get to see any of their crazy discoveries and science.
I'd like to see turians, but we only really got to see Garrus, who says more than once he's not a very good turian. Okay. So show me one that is a good turian.
I'd like to see the elcor, they were really underutilized. I got more emotion from that little talk with the Ambassador in ME3 (a throwaway quest) than I did with all of Thessia.
I'd be okay with seeing more hanar, but I'm not sure what else could be done with them.
On the flipside, I don't want any krogan. The genophage should make them inviable for such a mission anyway.
If there are going to be asari, I want more than your standard T&A Space elf lesbians.

Yeah the Salarians were nothing more than the narrative punching bag when it came to matters concerning the Genophage. Despite being a Council Race, we know surprisingly little of them; save for the fact that they are all apparent racists that inflicted the poor, blameless Krogan with the cruel plague for the lolz.

This, so much this.
The Elcor have so much potential, and yes the 'emotionless' Elcor Ambassador in ME 3 garnered far more response out of me than any Thessia mission or vent kid could have.
