So I'll pretend that the game has krogan romance, MP only, and stars Shepard as a reaper cyborg.

If they did they'd be complaining about the ending to ME 3, not including a single or multi player game, only have 1% interest in the game and worried that they may need to get a Krogan female to romance a Geth Marauder.

There would be no SP, no romances, and it would be all focused on the combat.  In short, it would turn into Destiny.  That would make me very sad.

I'm sure they've read the thread that had idea's from people that posted in that thread and I wouldn't be surprised if they liked a few of them, took a couple parts of them to make something fit to what they want in the game.

Like most video game forums, there are plenty of people with ideas but the ones with a deeper understanding of game design are in the minority, listen to the community but take what their saying with a grain of salt at the same time.

I would. When was the last time you gave even a second of your time to consider the advice of someone you've never heard of claiming to be a distant blood relative of yours who incidentally owes you a large inheritance? That's the same kind of attitude needed to even read fan forums suggestions in the first place.

If that was the case then I would open a thread ranting on how they shouldn't listen to their fans and avoid forum ideas like the plague. So if they are going to take idea from the forum this will prevent them from taking ideas from the forum.

I'm sure some of it got noticed, if they find it useful that's another matter entierly.

Most feedback was focused on the Milkyway or the future of the milkyway, so all that would likely be thrown out the window at this Point.

Then there were other player preferences.

Of course they read the forum and get ideas from it.

 

They don't talk it nearly as often, and communication is funneled through community management, but sure, people read here. Of course they do.

 

They may read into demands and requests in a way that the poster didn't expect though. Lots of different perceptions and contexts.

Also, as a community, most of your ideas are terrible and I'm really glad Bioware doesn't pay any attention to any of you... At least it gives them a chance to make a great game...
