No, I don´t think there is such option in DA2. You can give her to Qunari and they will leave with her. According to wiki, at the start of Act III, Varric mentions she might have escaped.

Yeah, didn't mean it as an option for the player, just what would logically happen if given to the Arishok.
As for the bolded part I did not actually know that. In my 8(?) playthroughs I have never done 2 things, side with Petrice or give Isabella up

She is very crafty, having said that the Arishok was a sheer and utter buffoon, a complete Moron.
One of the things you can ask Varric when you have your first free dialogue with him is what happened to Isabela and he tells you that she escapes with the tome. He also tells you that the old Arishok dies even if he's allowed to leave so DAO's Sten is always Arishok by the time DAI starts.

Easily explained, you're assuming that he stayed in the cage after the Warden left. When a village could've set him free after the first darkspawn appeared.
