Yeah so I kinda fell out of the Dragon Age loop as of late.  Has there been any news at all about maybe some potential story driven DLC or anything coming down the line?  Seems like Bioware is missing their window of opportunity.  I already have one foot out the door.  They would need to release something even just info soon to get me to stick around.

Rumors of a DLC survey going around which mentions the Qunari, your mark acting up, assassins, and "the one who started it all" (Solas?), but that's about it.

Vague rumors of Kal-Sharok.  That's about it.  If they want my money, they need to get some DLC out before Fallout 4.  I've only got so much room on the SSDs.

Yeah I agree at this point they seem to be damned if they do & damned if they dont I get not wanting to compete withe their other IPs ME/SWTOR but playing the waiting game might not be the best choice. I am eagarlly waiting for any DAI Dlc but in truth I am not even playing DAI at the moment cause I am currently playing TW3 and I am loving it.

Oh and Fallout 4 is my most Antcipated game of 2015 so everything else can get to the back of the bus.lol

DA:I released on November 18, 2914. Bioware added Jaws of Hakkon [initallly for Xbox One and PC] on March 24, 2015. The Black Emporium and Spoils of the Avvar are nice add-ons, but surely we're due another playable dlc within the next  month? What that will be is anyone's guess, survey be damned?

 

For me the length of time that it took them to introduce Dragonslayer to multi-player is the oddest thing, I would have expected that much more content like that would have already been added?

How fast can a decent dlc be produced? I would assume they would have started them to some extent before the release of Inquisition and that they don't start from scratch after the fact.

 

As an aside,  I enjoyed jaws but the extra armor   dlc was pretty meh (I shouldn't have bought it - as it had no new weapons). The BE is the best dlc so far from my perspective - but was kind of bummed that there was no new hair stuff.

I think we can expect an announcement next week.  Their new DLC has probably been in production since before JoH was released, it's probably nearing completion.  They would have put off any announcement so as not to be drowned out by E3 or steal MEA's reveal thunder.  A week after, and I think they'd feel comfortable enough to announce something.

duckley, decent is subjective. Bioware could spend a year on what they believe is the best add-on they have ever produced and people can be divided over it.
