Why a MMO would turn most of you down?

 

I find that multiplayer does not often mesh well with my more relaxed mode of play. Sometimes I just want to fire up a game and leisurely play at my own pace, but with other players in the mix, and a lack of any real narrative or characters to interact with, I lose interest very quickly.

There are a lot of things that would make me wait for the game on discount, but the only semi-realistic thing that would keep me away from this is if they reveal that it is a linear story.
