Invited Dawnless Sky, she accepted, the sceen tells her she is a member but she can't post on the group thread.

 

And I can't find her on the group members list

Are you able to send another invite? I don't see them in the list so maybe they left after joining? You might need to delete the original invite first before sending a new one.
