Remove small quests

Please remove small quests like helping deserter in DAO. They only distracts us from important desisions.

There are a lot of players (and I'm one of them) who are very OCD about role-playing and/or quest completion who actually prefer to have those small quests available. In fact, for many of us, not having those quests would be an affront. If you don't wish to bother with them, then skip them. If you're too OCD to skip them, then bother with them. But it's always better to have too many options than too few options, especially when they may eventually affect later games. We never know what the development team and writers are planning for future installments. That deserter (or a family member) may show up again one day.

That quest can gain you a key to a chest in the Magi camp with some nice loot, as well as approval from Alistair. People who know this, will do that quest. Everything in the Keep is connected for a reason it seems. Like sparing Avernus makes me gain a potion from him in DA2.
